INSTRUCTIONS :
1) In this process of registration, you will be redirected to the form which has to be duly filled.
2) We request you to keep yourself ready with:
- IAPC Membership ID number (for IAPC members only)
- Medical council Registration number (for Doctors only)
- Credit or Debit card if you are making payment through that option
3) Please know your registration fees details from the table below and fill the due amount.

4) While filling the form, whichever fields are not useful for you should be mentioned with "Not Applicable" and such fields with fee details will require to be put "0".
5) At the end of the form, we request you to ignore the filed of UPI/VPA. This field has to be left blank.
6) Once the payment is made, you will be redirected to our website.
7) Once the Payment is made successfully, online receipt/invoice of registration form will be generated, which you can download or you will receive on email. Kindly Share your that registration form/online receipt with us on iapcon2024@gmail.com
8) For any query, sent an email on iapcon2024@gmail.com, mentioning in subject “Registration Query - (Your Name)”
9) Incase of any field not relevant to your profile you may type "NOT APPLICABLE OR NA”.
10) For International Delegates : For registrations as delegate for IAPCON 2024, we request you to register through below mentioned link and transfer payment accordingly. After registration send us your payment reference ID on iapcon2024@gmail.com
