Dr M T BHATIA AWARD FOR NURSES :
DR M T Bhatia, one of the pioneers for starting Palliative care in India, has decided to encourage nurses working in field of Palliative care. IAPC, Gujarat Chapter initiates this motivating gesture and will be awarding a "Best Research Paper Award for Nurses" category.
For the fellow members in this category we wishfully look forward the best submissions with the format as mentioned below in guidelines:
GUIDELINES :
• This award will be given away by IAPC, Gujarat Chapter, every year during The Annual Conference of IAPC.
• The award will be given to a qualified nurse (GNM, B.Sc, M.Sc.) working in Palliative Care set up and should be a Life Member of IAPC.
• The award will be given to The Best Original Research Work for Palliative Care presented thro` Poster Presentation during IAPCON.
• He / She will be given a memento, certificate, and a token amount of appreciation during valedictory function of the conference.
• The award will be named as "Dr M.T. Bhatia`s award for Nurses"
IAPC’s AWARD FOR BEST POSTER AND
BEST ORAL PRESENTATION (03 EACH)
Each awardee shall receive Cash prize and a Certificate.
Cash prize: 1st Prize: Rs 25,000/-
2nd Prize: Rs 15,000/-
3rd Prize: Rs 10,000/-
GUIDELINES :
• The award will be given only to a candidate who is a Life Member of IAPC.
IAPCON 2024 - CREATIVE POSTER COMPETITION
"From Mind to Masterpiece: Turn your Ideas into Creative Posters!"
Best 3 poster will be awarded with certificate and prizes
What to submit:
• Creative posters (Good quality photograph of Handmade posters; OR electronically made posters)
• Posters must follow the Theme: 'Revisiting the domains of Palliative Care'
• Please ensure that the participant's name or any other identifier is not mentioned on the poster. Any poster with an identifier will be disqualified.
Who can submit:
• Anyone associated with Palliative care
How to submit:
• Posters to be emailed to creativeposteriapcon2024@gmail.com along with your name, phone number, designation, and name of the institution affiliated with (if any)
• A maximum of 2 photographs per individual is allowed
Last Date for submission: Saturday, 20th January 2024
Other submission guidelines:
• Each poster to have a file size of 2 MB – 5 MB
• Format for submission: JPEG / JPG / PNG
• Conference registration is mandatory for participation
• The posters will be judged by a panel of judges. The decision of the panel will be final and no discussions will be entertained
• Posters will be judged based on creativity, novelty and adherence to the specified theme
